My name is Kerstin Teller and I'm 41 yrs. old, happily married and a mother of 2 beautiful children.

I'm originally from Hamburg, Germany with Filipino roots and relocated to the US in 2007.

I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist and a Certified Reiki level 1 & 2 Practitioner.

I was first introduced to Energy Healing about 8 years ago when I needed services for my 4 yr. old- -her age at the time- -to help with her sensory tactile sensitivity and her very sensitive skin. I needed energy healing for myself to help reduce my stress level as a full-time working mom.

The experience was just amazing, and I saw how energy healing really worked for my child and myself.

Not only did I experience a physical sensation like seeing beautiful colors while having my eyes closed and feeling pure relaxation, but I also witnessed a spiritual connection to the Divine and my Guardian Angels.

My Spiritual Awakening which was 100% led by the Divine followed a few years later and brought me the realization that it was time to heal my own inner trauma that was experienced during childhood and teenager years and that was suppressed for many years until adulthood.

I started to face every single trauma I have ever experienced in my life, and dealing with them and continue to heal from the emotional pain has opened me up to a whole new level of awareness, consciousness and gratefulness.

These beautiful lessons I learned have been giving me so many more blessings in return, including listening to my Divine Guidance to study Hypnosis, and this was just from simply taking care of MYSELF and working on MYSELF- my Body, Mind and Spirit.

It also gave me the confirmation that we are truly never ever alone. We are indeed Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience.

Heal yourself and your trauma and trust the Divine in the process. You can then be ready to receive even more blessings and abundance than you ever dreamed possible.

Since receiving my Divine Guidance and the blessing of the Reiki connection I found my purpose-which is to lovingly help all who seek it.

As a Reiki 1 and 2 practitioner I can help balance, clear and strengthen your chakras and put them in alignment.

Please note that with your permission I work as a healing instrument who helps channel the Reiki Energy into you. The actual healing part always happens through YOU since with your acceptance to receive Reiki, the Reiki Energy knows exactly where to go in your body, mind and spirit.*

I’m continuing my hypnosis studies with the Hypnosis Motivation Institute 'HMI' in Los Angeles, which is a Nationally Accredited College of Hypnotherapy, with the intention to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Through hypnosis, with the power of positive suggestions we will align the goals of your conscious mind with the unlimited potential of your subconscious and start making the positive changes you desire.

I’m currently certified in Hypnosis for Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation, Sports Performance, Fears and Anxiety, Past Life Regression Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Inner Child Healing.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis, also called hypnotherapy, is a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration. It’s a type of mind-body medicine.
A trained and certified hypnotist or hypnotherapist guides you into this deep state of focus and relaxation with verbal cues, repetition and imagery. When you’re under hypnosis, this intense level of concentration and focus allows you to ignore ordinary distractions and be more open to guided suggestions to make changes to improve your health and general well-being.
How does Hypnosis work?

The state of hypnosis is achieved through a deep state of focus and relaxation.
Your conscious mind is quieted and you’re able to tap into your subconscious part of your brain where your thoughts, beliefs, perceptions, sensations, emotions, memory and behaviors originate.
In this state, you’re more open to gentle guidance from your hypnotherapist to help you modify or replace the unconscious thoughts that are driving your current behavior.
How do people describe the Hypnotic experience?

People describe hypnosis in different ways. You may feel like you’re “zoned in” or in a trance-like state — so focused that you’re able to block out surrounding distractions. Have you ever been so focused on a TV show or so entrenched in a good book that you don’t hear your family talking around you or even your dog barking? This experience is somewhat similar to how you might feel while hypnotized. Many people say they feel calm and relaxed despite their increased concentration. Most describe it as a pleasant experience.
Is Hypnotherapy inappropriate for some people or in certain situations?

Hypnosis may not be appropriate for people with severe mental health issues, such as psychotic symptoms, including hallucinations and delusions. It might also be inappropriate for someone who uses drugs or alcohol. The use of hypnosis for memory retrieval is largely unsupported by research. Caution is also advised regarding its use in managing stressful events from early life. The use of hypnosis in these situations may create false memories, especially if unintended suggestions are given, and could cause more distress and anxiety.
What Happens During a Reiki Session?

You lie on a table fully clothed for up to an hour. You will hear peaceful sounds of your choice to create a relaxing atmosphere.
As you begin to receive the blessing of Reiki you might become so relaxed that you fall asleep. During treatment, you might be able to feel energy being unblocked. Some people even experience a warm, glowing energy whereas other people simply have an overall feeling of relaxation.
How does Distance Reiki work?

This is known as remote healing or distance healing. Sessions are run in exactly the same way, except they're over video. Typically, you'll lie down at home and set up a video camera on your phone or laptop, so you can see and hear and vice versa.
Distance Reiki can also be done while you sleep at night.
Is Reiki safe?

Yes! There is nothing about a Reiki session that can interfere with conventional medical care. Reiki has no known contraindications and can be used concurrently with any medical intervention. The touch of Reiki is very light on or even off the body.
Is Reiki Part of a Religion?

No, Reiki does not come from any religion nor is it a religious practice. However, it does aim to help you spiritually as well as physically, mentally, and emotionally. You do not need to belong to any specific church to benefit from the positive healing benefits of Reiki. Reiki can help you spiritually by connecting you with your inner-self and the Divine, which can help guide through life and give you clarity when faced with challenges or decisions.
Who can receive Reiki treatment?

Anyone can receive Reiki treatment, adults, children and even pets.
